How should I care for my DTG printed apparel?

We strongly recommend washing any DTG-printed clothing inside-out and use cold water for your wash cycle. Dry on a low heat setting or hang dry for best results.
What method of printing do you use for your clothing?

Our clothing is printed using the Direct to Garment (DTG) method. The ink is sprayed directly into the material and gives your clothing a soft, breathable and durable feel.
How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically it takes between 6-10 days for an order to be sent to production and mailed. We do recommend taking into account longer shipping times especially during holiday seasons.
Why can't I find my school in a certain design?

It's because your rival school asked us to not publish it on the site. Actually if your school is not available, the most likely reason is that we have not gotten around to adding it yet. Feel free to send us an email and let us know and we can add it as quickly as possible!
Can I customize or personalize an item?

We don't directly offer customization because of technical restraints placed on our website. But feel free to email us at tristatesportsmerch@gmail.com and we will see what we can do!
